I was greeted immediately by Joe when I entered the store, and he walked me through the check-in process—it was seamless and quick. He was professional and incredibly kind. I’ll definitely be back to shop and sell! I also love that the store is close to home—such a great addition to the neighborhood.

I brought a bunch of clothes most of which they bought from me and then I used the $ I got from that to buy a bunch of new clothes! Win! I like Plato’s business model so much that after visiting them, I decided I will open a similar store this year 2026 (but for children) in Norwalk!

Great overall experience! Highly recommend making a trip to this Plato's Closet. The store was clean and organized. The staff was super friendly and the process to check-in to sell my clothes was easy. There's a ton of great inventory, so I shopped around while I waited for them to go through the clothes I brought in. It only took about 15 minutes and they bought a handful of things. I was also offered a brief explanation as to why they couldn't take certain items. I walked out with some cash in hand and bought a great pair of jeans for only $10!
